Refund and Returns Policy

The Ultimate Caregiving Expert, LLC provides digital products and services, including digital workbooks and written consulting deliverables (the Caregiver Stability Snapshot and the Caregiver Stability Plan).

Digital Products and Services
Because our products and services are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final once access has been granted or a deliverable has been sent.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital workbooks, the Caregiver Stability Snapshot, or the Caregiver Stability Plan once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital purchase, or if you did not receive your Caregiver Stability Snapshot or Caregiver Stability Plan within the stated 48-hour delivery window, contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the revocation of access to purchased content and services.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
